White Cliffs Country Club and Community Association is an exclusive golf and resort style Country Club situated on Cape Cod Bay. The Community boasts ocean views of Cape Cod Bay, an award winning landscape, a tournament conditioned private golf course, state of the art Har-Tru clay tennis courts, and 1500 linear feet of private beach front property.  All of this makes White Cliffs an amazing place to work.

White Cliffs Country Club and Community Association is seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operation, and upkeep of our community landscape operation and 358 upscale housing units, irrigation system, 4 clay tennis courts, and beach front property.  This position will be a key role as one of our agronomy team members, being the main point of contact for all things Landscape. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter that relishes the opportunity to take ownership of their position, ensuring the efficient operation of the landscape program.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with residents and board members to ensure longevity of  the Department
  • Generate ideas, estimate, propose and sell value added enhancement projects to better improve the function and aesthetics of the properties
  • Work closely with Operations to coordinate a diverse mix of maintenance and enhancement work within your portfolio
  • Procure materials and supplies for your crews and residents as necessary
  • Responsible for financial management of portfolio including timely and accurate billings and time logs
  • Complete, process and approve paperwork with high accuracy for crew time sheets, materials receipts, and subcontractor invoices
  • Quality control for all work in your assigned portfolio
  • Ensure tennis courts are in tournament conditions at all times.

General Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with complete landscape operations and client interaction
  • Exceptional level of detail with a willingness to learn and blend with a division high on culture and teamwork
  • Customer service oriented and drive to maintain a community of highly satisfied customers
  • Exceptionally high standard for safety
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • High level of professionalism and the ability to represent the White Cliffs Community within the community and in the public eye
  • Computer proficient with experience in the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn and utilize other programs as necessary
  • Snow removal experience
  • Irrigation system knowledge
  • Preferred degree in Plant Science, Horticulture, Arboriculture, Soil Science, Landscape Contracting, Landscape Architecture, Forestry, Turf, Biology, Plant Pathology, Plant Physiology or equivalent field experience

Compensation and Benefits:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000-$80,000
